He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Tinsley and Lorna Luella Rauh Tinsley. He is survived by: his wife Brigitta Tinsley of Cape Girardeau; his son Charles "Chuck" Curtis Tinsley (Tiffany) of Pevely, Missouri; his stepson Richard Niswonger of Phoenix, Arizona; his daughter Christina Kendig (Bill) of San Antonio, Texas; and his brother Dr. Robert C. Hill (Sarah Collins) of Naples, Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Southeast Missouri Pets, 180 Weston Street, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.
