He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Victor Herman and Lydia Anna Charlotte; his siblings, Elizabeth, Elaine, James and Walter; and his godson James David.
He is survived by: his wife Judy of Lowden; his siblings, Martin (Patricia) of Racine, WI, Fred (Margo) of Flowery Branch, GA and Eunice of West Bend, WI; his sister-in-law Marilyn; his brother William of Kenosha, WI; and his brother-in-law Jerry Bentrott (Tammy) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rev. David and Judith Dissen Scholarship Fund at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO; Saxony Lutheran High School; Lutheran Heritage Foundation; Luther Academy or Zion Lutheran Church of Gordonville, MO.
