He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stagner and Carolyn Hughes Stagner; his stepmother Louise Stagner; and his brother Robert "Bob" Stagner. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Stagner of Cape Girardeau; his children, Mark McClure (Stephani) of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Michelle Reese (Noah) of Clarksville, Tennessee and Jennifer Null (Darren) of Dexter, Missouri; his grandchildren, Emily Barker (Weston), Jacob, Abby Ford, Lilly Hobbs, Adelyn, Cayden, Eli, Austin Reese, Jase Barker, Sophia, Ella, Ava McClure, Aliyah Coaty, Hezekiah McComber, Dalila, Jo Jo and Jesse Null; and his sisters, Tina Foster (Jeff) of Poplar Bluff and Laura Anderson (Jay) of Poplar Bluff.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Saint Francis Foundation Cancer Care Fund.
