He is survived by: his wife Linda of Cape Girardeau; his brothers, Mike Middleton (Christy) of Texas and Keith Middleton of Oak Ridge, MO; his son Caleb Greenley of Cape Girardeau; his granddaughter Brynna Greenley of Cape Girardeau; his nephews, Cayne Middleton of Oak Ridge, MO, Chad Middleton of Texas and Brett Middleton of Texas; his niece Kendra Hendrickson of Colorado; and his pets, Buddy Dean, Gracie, Libby and Cleo.
