She was predeceased by : her husband John Tarr of Cape Girardeau; her grandson Nathan Tarr; and her parents, Leo Rudluff and Hazel Rudluff. She is survived by : her children, Paul Tarr of Shreveport, LA, Tiffany St. Cin of Jackson and Kabrea Tarr of Cape Girardeau; and her brother Hubert Rudluff of McClure. She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
