With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederic P. Meyer of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on November 12, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Meyer and Anna Mae Meyer (Porter); and his brothers, Gerald "Jerry" L. Meyer and Richard K. Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Trisha Hudson; his children, Jason (Lisa) of Newton, Derek (Kaycee Gingerich) of Vienna and Alexis (Dwight Bassett) of Nashville, Tennessee; his granddaughters, Finley Jo, Electa Ann and Sloane Mae; his parents-in-law, Fred and Gayla Hudson; and his siblings-in-law, Chad Hudson of Vienna, Illinois, Donna Meyer of Carrier Mills and Anita Meyer of Vienna, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
