He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cook and Melba Garland Cook. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Tory Turner (Kenny) of Marble Hill, MO and Misty Johnson (Freddie) of Marble Hill, MO; and his grandchildren, Trevor Turner (Mahala), Chancey Kell (Matt), Harley Turner, Rana Hall (Brian), Christopher Douglas, Dalton Douglas (Kya) and D. J. Douglas. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
