He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Howard and Elsie Davis Howard; and his siblings, Virginia Burdine and John Howard. He is survived by: his daughter Shery Shenberg (Mike); his grandsons, Brent and Hayden Shenberg; and his sister Mary Partell.
The family suggests that contributions be made to church or charity of the donor's choice.
