As we bid Glenna farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Glenna is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Losin William and Zoa Emilia Deck Buchholtz; and her son Jay J. Piper. She is survived by: her children, Greg Hohler (Patty Parks) of Jackson, Missouri, Jane Hohler of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Renee Bennett of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Michelle Hengst (Greg) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; her sister Mabel Buchholtz of Jackson, Missouri; and her niece Lori Abernathy of Marble Hill, Missouri. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
