Henry Lee Burnette Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 20, 2026, at the age of 81, Henry Lee Burnette of Cape Girardeau, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Andrew and Mary Imogene White Burnette; his brothers, Fred Bauer, Roy Bauer and Lloyd Bauer; his granddaughter Courtney Burnette; and his son-in-law Craig Carmichael.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Burnette of Cape Girardeau; his children, Tania Burnette of Osceola, Missouri, Michael Burnette (Lanaye) of Lynchburg, Tennessee and Paula Carmichael of St. Peters, Missouri; and his siblings, Diane Decker (Larry), Dottie Ludwig (Terry), Shirley Gilbert, Rita Shannon, Larry Burnette (Harryette) and Terry Burnette (Linda). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
