She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sebastian and Mary Jane Cook Sebastian; her siblings, William Dean Sebastian and Juanita Popp of Cape Girardeau; her nephew Larry Popp of Cape Girardeau; and her stepdaughter Della Lukow of Cape Girardeau.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Joe Popp (Abby), Gerald Popp and Tammy Popp; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jennifer Becker (Tim), Joanne Popp, Jonathan Popp, Jamie Maklary (Tim), Brian Popp (Beth), Justin Popp (Morgan), Cory Popp (Amber), Jackie McAllister (Chris), Jessica Vinyard (Ben), Rikki McCarthy (Steven) and William Popp (Tiffani); her great grandchildren, Gage Shipman, Gretta Shipman and Gracen Trickey; her friends, Harold, Tuttie Vanhuss, Ann Hudson and Donna Yarbro; Tabitha Martin (Kevin), Emma, Nora, Natalie, Lily, Matthew, Jackson, Max "Buster", Wyatt, Chance, Elliot, Oliver, Kyleigh of Jeremiah, TJ, Luca, Courtney, Averie, Taylor, Mariella and Bailey.
