He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ourth and Agnes Seyer Ourth. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ourth of Cape Girardeau; his children, Christopher Ourth (Bobby) of San Jacinto, Jesse Kinder (Beth) of De Soto, Missouri, Theresa Mellinger of Jackson, Becky Rothweiler (Mark) of Jackson and Autumn Montgomery (Chris) of Tallahassee, Florida; his grandchildren, Hanna (Anthony), Taylor Allen, Justin Rothweiler (Cassandra), Jared Rothweiler (Morgan), Jeremy Kinder, Ella Montgomery and Jasper Ely; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Blayne, Briggs and Brewer.
