He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Hall MD and Martha Knospe Hall; his stepmother Marge Hall Loiseau-Bauerle; his brothers, Frank W Hall, Jr. (Ethel Daume) and Roland K. Hall; and his brother-in-law E. Lansing Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Ashley Hall Jones (Jason Pins); his grandchild Freya Arianwen Jones of O'Fallon, IL; his daughter Regen Lynn Hall of Cape Girardeau, MO; his brother Dr. John Hall (Jerre) of Cape Girardeau, MO.; his sisters-in-law, Bobbie Hall of Santa Cruz, CA, Robin (Steven Goertz) of Gainesville, FL and LaDona Walters of Cedar Park, TX.; his nephew Roland Hall (Laura); his great-nephew Tyler; his niece Melissa Cohn (Scott); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jonathan (Lena), Jason (Sanjana), Sabrina Hoeke (Ty), John Paul Hall (Cari) and Juliann Sechrest (James); Jackson, Onica, Tyler, Jack, Raleigh, Libby, Landon (Sherri Wakefield), Chaz, Journee, Lance Walters, Jason Walters (Rachel), Vivienne, Hunter Goertz (Magali Tricoche), Hans Goertz (Verity Salmon), Arlo and Dr. Mac Goertz (Bri Larose).
