He is survived by: his parents, Alice Turk and Blissett; his significant other Suzana Long; his children, Kayleigh, Elizabeth, Jeffrey and Justin; his sisters, Melonie Turk Jackson of Erie and Malynda Mosby of Tampa, Florida.; and also James O. Turk Sr. of Sikeston. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers.
