It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Randy Blair of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Blair and Evelyn Creech Blair. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ellen Long; his sons, Wes Blair and Kyle Blair; his grandson Bryce Blair of Cape Girardeau; his siblings, Travis Blair of Arlington, Texas and Debbie Stanbery (Carl) of Lindale, Texas; his nieces, Jennifer, Jessica and Sara; his nephew Kevin; and his great-nephew Randy.
