He is survived by: his wife Lynn Winebaugh; his stepfather Darrel Hanks; his daughters, Laci Brianne Winebaugh and Arika Danielle Vines; and his siblings, Steven Hanks St and Shannon Blagg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
