He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Woodruff; his brothers, Mike Woodruff and Dennis Woodruff; his parents-in-law, Marilyn Huttegger and Eugene Huttegger; and his sister-in-law Juli Huttegger.
He is survived by: his wife Pam (Huttegger); his daughter Maris; his mother Marilyn Rothwell; his siblings, Don Woodruff (Stephanie), Mike Baer (Sara) and Anita Jones (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Tammy Givens (Mike) and Lisa Newcomer (Dan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hanover Lutheran Church (2949 Perryville Rd, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
