Though Jean Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jean Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Lyman Moore; and her son Matthew Wilson McLain. She is survived by: her mother Jewel Moore (Frances); her husband George McLain; her daughters, Malinda Day (James) and Monica Duncan (Ben) of Sikeston; her grandsons, Waylon Schaffer and Axel Cole Duncan; and her brothers, Fred (Vivian) and Jim Moore (Kathy).
Memorial Contributions are suggested to be made in Jean's memory to the American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
