She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Allene Metheny; her husband Orville "Jack" Rehak; and her sister Carolyn Metheny. She is survived by: her children, Edward William Rehak (Stephanie) of San Francisco, CA, William Eugene Rehak (Amanda Greenhill) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Frances Alicia Jenkins (Robert) of Oak Ridge, MO; her brother William Metheny of Charles City, IA; and her grandchildren, William Jenkins and Leah Greenhill Rehak.
