It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Wayne Cheek (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Betty Lucille Cheek. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his sister Julie Holman (Dan); his uncle Allen "Dean"; his aunt Linda Harthcock; his nieces and nephews, Emily Laster, Brennon Larsen, Isabelle Larsen and Makenna Larsen; and his pets, Ralph, Beau and Jack. He is also survived by his parents, maternal and fraternal grandparents, aunts, uncle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tunnels to Towers, HavaHeart, or Camp Boggy Creek—causes that were dear to Jeff's heart as they reflect his deep love for patriots, animals, and children.
