He was predeceased by: his stepfather Randall Shrull; his brother Doyle Shrull; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Seiler and Chuck Hampton. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Shrull (Green) of Sikeston; his friends, Jeff and Key West; his pet Lucy; his father Robert Jerry Green (Alberta) of Murray, Kentucky; his siblings, Robin Hart (David) of Sikeston, Michelle Williams (Mark) of Sikeston, Kim Shrull Hampton (Guy Hulen) of Columbia, Karen Shrull of Russellville, Kelly Lomack (Tommy) of Schertz, Texas, Robbie Davis (Mary) of Sikeston and Shane Davis of Murry; and his close friend Lucy. He is also survived by 6 nieces, 5 nephews, and several great-nieces/nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made to Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary.
