Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John James Edwards of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 70, on August 10, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Edwards and Lois Hobeck Edwards; and his brother-in-law Rick Cook. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Edwards of Cape Girardeau; his children, Jonathan Edwards (Bria), Isabella, Mila of Jackson and Nathan Edwards; and his siblings, Billie Edwards (Pat) of Chester, Illinois, Cheri Cook of Scopus, Carol Borgfield (Steve) of Jackson and Ken Heuer (Malinda) of Loudon, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be given to Hanover Lutheran Church.
