He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank and Esther Anita Siemers James; his brothers, Robert R. James, Franklin D. James and Joe David James; and his brother-in-law Robert L. Mehrle.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia James of Cape Girardeau; his brothers, Donald James of Cape Girardeau and Earl James of Cape Girardeau; and his sister-in-law Wanda James of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
