She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Elvis and Vernie Perry of Bloomfield, Missouri.; and her husband Lloyd Wayne Simmons. She is survived by: her son Lloyd Wayne Simmons Jr. (Tammy) of Waynesville; her grandchildren, Heather Benavides (Danny) of Laredo, Texas and Brett Simmons of Waynesville; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel Benavides of Laredo and Brantley Simmons of Waynesville.
