He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Windell "C. W." and Ruth Florene Wiggs; and his brother Donald of Phoenix. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wiggs of Cape Girardeau; his children, Stephen Wiggs (Lee-Ann) of Cape Girardeau and Lynett O'Shea (Jim) of Wildwood; his siblings, Ron (Brenda) of Cape Girardeau, Charles of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Barbara of Columbia; his grandchildren, Hannah (Dakota), Troy and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Lilly and Kodi.
