She is survived by: her daughter Beth Kovarik (Brian); her siblings, Earnest Jeff Jr. Eirvin (Joann), John Eirvin (Marie) and Patricia Bergholtz (Richard); her grandchildren, Tres Brown and Cole Kovarik; and her friend Trella Blades. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
