She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Lynn and Mary Glenda Hayden Lynn. She is survived by: her husband Guy Prater of Caruthersville, MO; her children, Brandon Smith (Brooke) of Dyersburg, TN, Stephanie Prater of Caruthersville, MO and Madison Gibbens (Wesley) of Austin, TX; her brothers, Rich Lynn (Jill) of Cape Girardeau, MO and John Lynn of Caruthersville, MO; and her grandchildren, Brock, Bristyl, Stetson, Jayce, Hannah and Layne. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the H. S Smith Chapel (808 Ward Ave, Caruthersville, MO 63830). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Maple Cemetery (Caruthersville, MO 63830).
