She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Zahner and Lucilla Fay Zahner (Miles); her stepmother Gladys Zahner; her grandson Derick Bates; her brothers, David, Dale, Ron and Larry Zahner; and her brothers-in-law, Sylvester Kirn, Don Kirn and Cecil Hudson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Broe (Mike) of Atlanta and Lisa Poole (Lindell) of Jackson; her stepdaughters, Kim Keller (Charles) of Jackson and Kelly Bates of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kelsey Broe, Alex Broe (Brittany), Lindsay Poole (Franchon Hurt), Lexi Poole, Kaitlin Bates, Chip Bates and Nicholas Keller; her great grandchildren, Asher Ide, Baker Broe and Blakely Broe; and her sisters, Mary Kirn, Debbie Thieret (Denny), Linda Hudson and Lawana Kirn.
