She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Barenkamp and Thelma Bechtlofft Barenkamp; her son Kenneth William Spear; her sister Sharron Hulcy Barrows; and her sibling's children, Margaret Wiggins and David Hulcy.
She is survived by: her children, John Spear (Kim) of Cape Girardeau, Donald Spear (Heather) of Cape Girardeau and Melody Jaco (Charles) of Cape Girardeau; and her grandchildren, Lindsay, Holly, Garet and Max. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
