He is survived by: his sons, Darren McIntosh (Stacey) of Millersville, Nathan McIntosh (Amanda) of Chaffee, Joshua McIntosh (Sezgi) of Virginia Beach, VA, Shannon McIntosh (Jenna) of Chaffee, Jacob McIntosh of Perryville and Caleb McIntosh (Shyanne) of Los Angeles, CA.; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Lucah, Ethan, Kohldyn, Jaydon, Tyson, Taylor, Dakota, Breckyn, Jax, Maverick, Adalyn and Annalise; and his cousin Rick Kinder (Darlene).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Amick Burnett Funeral Chapel - Chaffee (203 W Yoakum Ave, Chaffee, MO 63740). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
