He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Fred E. Kelley and Hazel Steckler Kelley; and his sister Frances Marylin Kelley. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Mattingly (Scott) of Louisville and Shannon Lynne Putnam (Denny) of Dexter, Missouri; his sister Vickie Kasten (Brad) of Jackson, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jaycie Mattingly, Karleigh Mattingly, Cecilia Mattingly, Dalton Putnam and Rachel Jones; his nieces, Gretchen Clardy (Mark) of St. Louis and Kelley Golden (Nathaniel) of Jackson, Missouri; his nephew Ryan Kasten of Hawaii; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elly Clardy, Elizabeth Golden, Wilson Clardy and Daniel Golden; and his close friends, Cindy Patrick and Gene Golden.
