She is survived by: her children, Mark O'Neal (Joey) of Jackson, MO and Anne Lerche (Fred) of Springfield, MO; and her grandchildren, Riley, Bailey O'Neal and Evan Lerche. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McCombs Funeral Home & Cremation Center (640 W Independence St, Jackson, MO 63755). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
