She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Lewis Midgett (Dennis) of De Soto and Teresa Lewis Slaven (John) of Barnhart; and her grandsons, James Midgett (Ashley) of Farmington and Matthew Midgett (Kara) of Arnold. She is also survived by six great-grandsons and a great-granddaughter; and many other family members and friends.
