She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Blackwell; her son Scott Blackwell; her sister Nona Smith; Larry Erwin. She is survived by: her brother David Erwin of Utah; her children, Sam Blackwell (Danna Cotner) and Sally Bethea (Doug); her grandchildren, Kyle Bethea, Carly Bethea (Chris) and Kim Bethea (Trevor); and her great grandchildren, Cole, Dak, McCoy, Merrick and Miller Kate.
She told some members of her family she hoped she didn't die during the Covid pandemic.
