He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Ray Ervin and Wilma Alleen Ervin (Shirrell). He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Ervin (Annette Ressel) and LaDonna Rae Salazar (Harry "Sal") of Cape Girardeau; his niece Cara Ervin-Brda (Zack); and his nephews, Todd Fulton (Amber) and Anthony Salazar (Tiffany Mesh-Miller).
