He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stagner and Caroline Hughes. He is survived by: his sons, Samuel Blake Stagner (Katie) of Jackson and Alex Stagner of Colorado; his siblings, David Stagner (Charlotte) of Cape Girardeau, Tina Foster (Jeff) and Laura Stagner (Jay); his granddaughter Katelyn; and his former wife Penny Tifft of Cape Girardeau.
The family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Lynnwood Baptist Church.
