He is survived by: his wife Sandy Wills of Cape Girardeau; his children, Ryan Wills of Cape Girardeau and Courtney Wills of Jackson; his siblings, Larry Wills (Nola) of Conroe, Texas and Lynn Ramsey of Jacksonville, Florida; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Isabella and Parker.
Memorial contributions may be given to Missouri Veterans Home or Street Level Cape Girardeau.
