With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Meyer of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Ruby Alma Niswonger Lenand; and her siblings, Bill Lenand and Clara Enderle. She is survived by: her children, Randy Meyer (Jeanie) of Cape, Brian Meyer (Joyce) of West Memphis, AR, Carla Southard (Joshua) of Jackson and Shannon Freeman (Jon) of Jackson; her grandchildren, Rex O'Connell (Alicia), Ethan O'Connell (Jill), Lexy Smith (Cody), Beau Brady (Taylor), Dawson Southard (Sydney), Luke Brady (Bre), Jena Brady, Brantley Wente and Jonathan Kelley (Becky); and her great grandchildren, Chandler, Jace, Emmy, Lincoln, Tyson O'Connell, Georgia, Sadie Smith, Lane, Case Brady and Hayden Southard.
