It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shonzae Lamar Bellamy of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his daughter Shon'Zaea Bellamy; his grandparents, Willie Bell Bellamy-Brimmage, Melzine Wright, Edward Bellamy (Esther) and Sim Hinton; his great-grandparents, Willie Bell Graham and Elnora Bellamy; his uncle Edward Benny Bellamy II; his aunt Toni Williams; and his niece Mikaylia Thompkins.

He is survived by : his fiancé Bevin Flanner; his children, Zae'Shon Bellamy (Lachanda Aikens), Shonise Bellamy, Jhournee Wells (Jonise Wells), Zaquon Lee Washington (Yasheika Lee), BryShon Smith (Chedowriana Smith), Lazae'Ah, Lazae'Vion and Shonzae Bellamy Jr. (Destiny Williamson); and his siblings, Farmetta Bellamy and Tyree Wright, II of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
