He is survived by: his father Carl Buchheit; his wife Pam; his sons, Joshua Buchheit and Jonathan Buchheit (Kelly Gerrein); and his siblings, Tom Buchheit (Lisa), David Buchheit (Beth), Joe Buchheit (Lynn), Mike Buchheit (Michelle) and Janet Buchheit.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to St. Mary's Catholic School and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
