Vince Cirignani wrote a sympathy message

“We were sad to see that our good friend and partner has passed away...it came as a shock because we though "Doc" would always have more time , he certainly left this earth too early. We thought very highly of Doc Seabaugh as a friend and business partner in the race horse business, we used to see him later after our business was finished and Doc was the state veterinarian at Arlington Park. May he Rest In Peace ,he had some tragedy in his life..... Vince Cirignani- Joe Cirignani (deceased)”
