We bid farewell to Thelma Louise Phillips of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 18, 2025 at the age of 93. Thelma Louise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Baker and Elsie Mae Waddell Baker; her son Lloyd "Doc" Phillips; and her brother Jim Baker. She is survived by: her brother Alvie Baker (Gladys); her grandchildren, Travis Phillips (Alicia) and Dana Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Kendall, Easton and Bryar.
