With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Wallgren (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), born in Granite City, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Wallgren and Sophia R. Wallgren (Reezoff); his nephew Nicholas Dordoni; Cheryl Wallgren (Keller). He is survived by: his son Charles Wallgren (Brandi); his grandchildren, Oliver Thomas and Liliana Rae; his brother Edward Wallgren, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Iris Dordoni (Keller), Timothy and Vilma Keller (Yumul); and his nephews, Benjamin, Joseph, Daniel Dordoni and Kevin Keller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lutheran World Relief fund.
