She is survived by: her father Martez Carter Sr. of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; her stepmother Brandie Carter of Cape Girardeau; her children, Christopher Hawkins of Cape Girardeau and Zaria Hawkins of Cape Girardeau; her siblings, Martez Carter Jr. of Cape Girardeau, Marquecc Carter of Cape Girardeau, Mariah Taylor of Cape Girardeau, Martasia Carter of Cape Girardeau, Whitney Weissinger of Cape Girardeau, Kamryn Bell of Cape Girardeau and Gionna Carter of Cape Girardeau; and her aunts and uncles, Daunisha Carter of Cape Girardeau, Elizabeth Carter of Cape Girardeau, Tasha Curey of Cape Girardeau, Tony Renschen (Amanda) of Jackson, Shon Carter (Tiffany) of St. Louis, Aubrey Carter (Michelle) of St. Louis, Mario Bell of St. Louis and Jack Bell of Cape Girardeau.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ford and Sons Sprigg St. Chapel (118 S Sprigg St, Cape Girardeau, MO 63703). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to Ford & Sons Funeral Home or Tori Carter Memorial Fund at the Bank of Missouri.
