He is survived by: his mother Millie Schlegel Strom of Cape Girardeau; his children, Shelby Allee (Trevor) of Jackson, Bridgit Strom of Jackson, Missouri and Troy Strom II (Sarah) of Burfordville, Missouri; his sisters, Bonnie Cochran of Cape Girardeau, Jennifer Freudenburg (Ben) of Michigan and Carol Berrong of Texas; and his grandchildren, Carter Allee, Eloise Allee, Milo Allee and Emma Reed.
