He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Steffen and Meta Steffen; his wife Nelda; his brothers, Don, Delton, Gerald and Ronnie; his granddaughter Catherine; his children, Robin Delloro (Romeo) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Nanette Hancock (Tim) of Camden and Mark Steffen (Danna) of St. Charles, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Clayton Hancock (Pernita) of Huntsville, Alabama, Amanda Wagar (Michael) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Travis Graven (Carrie) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Christopher Hancock of St. Charles, Missouri and Samuel Steffen of St. Charles; his great grandchild Theodore Jenkins Hancock; and his sisters, Darlene Brannon of Marcus and Joyce Mathis (Gary) of Hillsboro. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
