He is survived by: his children, Jeff Bard of Cape Girardeau and Michelle Slinkard of Cape Girardeau; his stepchildren, Cindy Ingram of Cape Girardeau and Rusty Nelson of Millersville, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Amy Slinkard, Matt Slinkard, Andrew Bard, Dustin Ingram and Danielle Fisher. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
