He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd and Georgia; his brother Bobby Dale; his parents-in-law, Robert and Judy Pettit; and his son Michael (Kay).

He is survived by: his children, Mark Letts of Joplin, MO, Kim Letts of Grove, OK and Kristy Robison (Paul) of Cape Girardeau, MO; his grandchildren, Phillip Robison (Desiree), Alyssa Brown (Jeff), Alexandra Rhodes (Alan), Megan Gilbert (Austin), Molly Vahldick (Zach), Hunter Randall (Aleigh), Benjamin Robison, Hali Letts, Logan Hill (Harley), Emma Robison and Caroline Robison; his great grandchildren, Sloan, Liam, Grant, Ezra, Jude, Oakleigh, Navy, Jovie, Ozzie, Greyson, Olivia and Hugo; his siblings, Betty Clevenger (late Cecil), Clara Simmons (Richard), Patsy Shumate-Reynolds (Everett), Sharry Stout (Rick), Bradley Letts (Jackie), Steven Letts (Cathy), Timothy Letts (Carla) and Charles Letts (Deon); and his cousin Kenneth Mahurin (late Esther). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.
