She is survived by: her husband Jackie Sparks of Cardwell, Missouri.; her daughters, Jacqueline Butler (Jamie) of Brookland, Teresa Russell (Steve) of Cardwell and Melanie Brock (Ron) of Senath, Missouri.; her brother Ronal Zolman (Joyce) of Kennett, Missouri.; and her sister-in-law Betty Zolman of Arbyrd.
