She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Summitt and Gladys Lambert Summitt; her husband Nelson Cupp; and her siblings, Mary Jo Fry and Jesse Summitt.

She is survived by: her former husband Bob Peel; her sons, Cliff Cupp (Kay) of Cardwell, Craig Cupp (Michelle) of Desha, Gary Cupp (Christy) of Paragould, Stormy Peel (Marti) of Monette and Andy Peel of Cardwell, Missouri.; her brother Bob Summitt of Canton; her grandchildren, Jentri Duke (John) of Gulfport, Andrea Craig (Jason) of Harrodsburg, Tori McKinnie (Nick) of Cardwell, Shea Moore (Josh) of Brookland, Hannah Cupp of Batesville, Aubrey Marshall (Slader) of Little Rock, Chandler Cupp (Abby) of Paragould, Leigh Meredith Chandler (TJ) of Senath, Lauren Peel of Monette and Grady Peel of Monette; her great grandchildren, John Henry Duke, Luke Moore, Audrey Moore, Abby Moore, Juneau Marshall, Wilder Marshall, Kane Chandler and Maren Mae Chandler; and her sisters-in-law, Gail Summitt and Wanda Cupp McMinn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and her beloved church family and friends.
